Refund policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All sales are final. However, we accept returns for refund or exchange, for unopened unused items damaged in transit.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, email us within 7 days of receiving the product at soapureco@gmail.com to alert us of damage and include a photo. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for opened or used products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We only refund damaged or incorrect items. We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your defective return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified via email and automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
